Library door

The new Leith merkit this morning. Seemed very successful, and looks like it was going like a train all day. Excellent, a real buzz about the place.
We also took a wee tour round the Custom House, which was having an open day. Very interesting building, and a few nice exhibitions.
I was struck by a room which had two old library doors lying in it, though.
I once stayed in an old Adam mansion where the doors were still in place, but the surrounding shelves were bare. It did look a bit sad. I'd love to have a library full of leather-bound volumes where you couldn't find the door!

A bit scary this morning when Blip was flaky. Thought it had finally gone tits up. *Gulp!*
