Out for an early run, followed by breakfast in the garden. Lots of flowers opening up attracting lots of insects and beautiful butterfly's.

Bit too warm to sit out for long although hubby rigged up some shade on the patio.

Popped into the town this afternoon, haven't been shopping in town for weeks. Met up with number two daughter so had a bit of company whilst I browsed and we caught up on each other's news of the week.
