Visitor from afar

Uncle C arrived and brought an array of gifts with him, including this lovely addition to our collection. H seems to have taken ti him (better than with most men anyway).

Another H milestone today - I put her to sleep for the first time without feeding her at all. Five minutes of grumbling and she was out like a light. This would never have happened last week but her Dad has gotten her used to going to sleep by herself, and she is finally old enough to understand what 'bedtime' is.  She's no longer a little baby at all, and I do miss it a bit.
