...............crazy kids.........

No where near as warm today as it was yesterday.........but the girls still wanted the pool...........we filled it with warm water.

They called in on their way home clutching punnets of strawberries. They'd been to a pick your own place....a first for the girls............apparently Hannah had a terrific time running from plant to plant shouting "Storbees!".......and Charlie had almost eaten her own weight in fruit as she was picking.

Naturally they stayed for tea..........a rare treat.........fish and chips all round....although, strangely they wanted chocolate mousse for pudding.....not strawberries!.

Still........I've had a big bowl full with Cornish ice cream tonight.

Early wake up tomorrow.......fishing match.............maybe a beer with D and B in the evening............and then only 7 more days till the Summer hols!
