Funnel spider web with dew

I took this this AM before it got hot. Today's butterflies were either out of focus or not very close. But overall today was a good day. Of course it was ! It's the weekend , and we had friends over for dinner. Dinner went together well , and my only gaffe was overbaking the pie. Salvaged the situation though  with lots of ice cream. You can't possibly have apple pie without ice cream. If it isn't against the law it should be. And the wine was a Goose Watch (not a champagne!) "sparkling" wine from pinot noir grapes  but it tasted like strawberries. Quite interesting . Good company. Next time they come over I have threatened them with burnt hot dogs over a fire with S'mores.A classic summer feast.
