Libellulidae ~ Skimmer

The weekend was a blur of people activity so today I'm enjoying the insect activity at Lenape pond. Cloudy skies outside, but no matter, I feel all sun-shiney on the inside and I think it's due to the veggie diet. I've been on it for a week, I love it and I feel fabulous!

There were lots of dragons at the pond, this one was kind enough to set still for a snap. I also spotted a black damsel which I hope to see again soon for a possible capture. They are sooo fast!
