Ten Pin Bowling
It has been a wet and miserable day here today. We decided to take Kerr to soft play at the Coylum Bridge hotel in Aviemore this morning. It was actually really good, and also had lots of amusements and two ten pin bowling lanes. We spent a good couple of hours entertaining ourselves here and keeping out of the rain.
This was Kerr's first taste of ten pin bowling. What a laugh we had. He actually managed a couple of times to roll his ball down the middle of the lane and knock over a few pins. Yay! I think it's definitely something we will try again when he is a bit older.
This afternoon we took a drive to Nairn. It was still raining and Kerr and I both fell asleep on the journey. Kerrsdaddy walked Fudge when we got there in the pouring rain, then we headed back to Aviemore.
We met our friends at an Italian restaurant this evening and had a lovely meal. Kerr chose spaghetti bolognese and cleared his plate. He has been eating really well all week - must be something to do with all the fresh air and activity he's been getting.
