Observatory Observed

with Rainbow. Rain, Rain and more Rain. Didn't feel like doing too much but had to. Took kids swimming then went and helped with the school fair cafe, the kids spent a fair amount of money on the stalls and kept themselves amused. Then another tidy up of the flat (this never ends...) and a bit of a break before going out for our anniversary (nine years end of May) with friends. Le Petit Paris it was again and the meal was nice but I had preferred the food I had first time round and I shall take that again when we return. Not too much French spoken either because most of the company preferred to speak English.
P came round to ours afterwards and one whiskey turned into three and I felt a bit worse for wear the next morning, self-inflicted of course.
