And The Skies Opened Up

So glad this hit late in the day.  I was on my way to the uncles when my 2003 Tahoe started acting up.  Flashing "battery not charging"; "brake booster" and I was having a hard time steering - managed to get it to a spot I could pull off the road instead of in a ditch and call the hubby.  He came, took me to the uncles and then proceeded to fix it.  Several hours later when he came back and got me he said my serpentine belt had snapped because of a bad bearing in the pulley so he replaced the pulley and the belt and I was on my way home.  Poor hubby fixed this on the side of the road in 100 degree temperatures.  Payback was in order starting with Coconut Curry Shrimp over Basmati rice!!
