Pied wagtail

We had an avian visitor to the pond today.  I expect we've had many visitors already, but this is the first time I've spotted one.  I tried to get as close as possible before he flew away.

I know it's only a pied wagtail, but still - nice to see him enjoying our water, even if it (the water that is) is still rather green.

We made good progress on the ex-warehouse (now to be known as the studio, or possibly the office) yesterday, but stalled for lack of long rawl plugs.  Today, the wet weather put us off - the current job is to fit skirting, and it really is so much easier if W can bring it outside to cut.
