Pain Relief

Back from holiday and three hours spent at the local A&E due to extreme pain in my back. I wouldn't normally go to A&E but the out of hours doctor recommended it as he suspected an infection and that I would need a blood test.

As it transpired, it appears to be muscular and strong painkillers plus the spray will hopefully do the trick. With an average of three hours sleep per night for the last three nights, I certainly hope so.
