Clockwork

Spent most of the day driving from Now Home to Old Home to visit my dad. Horrible journey dragged out by 2 stops (first was to go shopping at Gretna - mistake), and then traffic jams.
Felt rather frazzled when we eventually arrived. Not a great way to start a holiday.
Anyway, dad and I popped down the road to the new auction rooms which are housed in what once was Joyce's Clockworks. So this is the back of the clock that I used to see everyday when I went on my way to school. It doesn't look as interesting as I had thought it might. We didn't see anything we wanted to buy in the auction but plenty of 'stuff' to browse through!
