To post or not to post?

When I was delivering leaflets for the Labour Party I was met by many signs. "No Junk mail", "No menus" , "No unsolicited mail", etc.

I decided that my missive was part of the great democratic process  and paid them no heed.

If they had a Tory poster in the window I gave them two leaflets.

But was it a circular?
