Bald Eagle in Flight

We arrived back from our Alaskan cruise on Sat. and I'm just slowing uploading (first had to clean up a disc to be able to:(  ....and so I'm going to slowly back blip the trip...or highlights:)  Then I'll get to catching up on commenting.  

This eagle was seen from a crabbing boat tour we had signed up for in Ketchikan Alaska.....and the tour culminated in an all you can eat Alaskan crab feet back at an old lodge along the water.
The extra is another of the same eagle differing pose. The other extra is the eagle after catching a fish.

I'm pretty discombobulated , for a variety of reasons , from the cruise...overall some phenomenal scenery and sights....but I'm really not the cruising type (which I sort of already knew).  I also tend to get motion illness even on a big ship not on the open seas.   I prefer quieter travel...more wilderness times of greater length.  And I succumbed to what many find a cruise highlight and that is the FOOD...I did over eat which I swore I would try not too..oh my did I!   So now back to stricter controls and a regular schedule:)  I'm glad the temps are cooler now back home in Seattle :)
