Ancient Gate

Had a lovely wander around the grounds at Knightshayes Court today. Especially enjoyed the Kitchen gardens - and managed to buy some fresh broad beans and courgettes almost as they were picked. How fresh is that?  The weather was mizzly but did not spoil our outing. We became ladies that lunched as the clock hit midday - and delicious that was also! The gate is in the autumn of its year (judging by its state) so stretching a bit, but....
