Nice to be back running my local woods (set of 5).

As my house is is right next to these woods they are a great training and freedom/space asset. They are actually an interlinked series of 7 little woods around Hadleigh in Belfairs and Daws Heath. They are managed by the Essex Wildlife Trust who do great work. Thanks Guys !
