Grrrrrr!

It is pretty much a couple of miles to get to this point at the apex of my ride home from work (with wonderful views 360 degrees) so this makes absolutely no sense when there are at least two council tips within five miles!  It wasn't the only rubbish left, behind me on the old pub carpark was another heap of stuff, grrrr!
