It's been a very long day of forgetfulness and feeling ill. Missed an important training event due to going to the wrong venue and have absolutely no excuses why :(

Picked The Dopski up from Rainbows and got told she was itching and scratching :/

On first conditioner run through she seemed clear. Was just showing The Dadski when a huge monster appeared in her hair. Thus back in the bath and treatment applied. The poor child has been bathing for over half an hour.

Now having to treat myself because a) you are supposed to and b) I am now itching to b*****y :(

Fun times for a Monday evening.
