Big city feeling

Well, well.. there was a street food festival in Kassel! In Kassel! As my friend Anja said "Endlich Großstadt Gefühl in Kassel."

It was great. About 40 different food stalls and trucks from all over Germany offering everything from Sengalise food, to burgers, to Roti, to deep fried Mars bars.

Here you see me enjoying some delicious Vietnamese noodles and tofu. What you can't tell is how much pain I'm in. Not because the noodles were spicy (they were but I love very spicy food) but because I was stung on the leg by a wasp on Friday and it was immensely swollen. Friday involved an emergency trip to the doctors!!

All good though. Will just take a few days and a heap of antihistamines before it gets better.
