Poorly FitBit

Noticed this morning that the button on my FitBit was missing. FitBit still works I just can't scroll through all the functions :(. I bought it through Amazon 3 months ago so it was out side their returns policy. Not sure what to do I logged on to Amazon webchat and they have sorted out a replacement which should be with me by the end of the week and supplied me with a returns label! All fairly painless and pretty good customer service.
