PING-PONG IN THE RAIN...

The new mayor of Brussels, in all his wisdom has decreed that the centre of the city shall be free of motor traffic for the foreseeable future. Shop keepers & pub keepers all up in arms with their noses out of joint - outraged that their deliveries will have to be made in most anti-social hours.

He's spent a pretty fortune transforming inner-city boulevards into play areas - I really do believe the man's another eejit - lot of them about!!
