On Ice 194/365

This is getting silly.  Almost three weeks since the operation on my ankle and my entire foot is still swollen.  I can't even see or feel the ankle bone where it's meant to stick out.  I have elected to take ice packs more seriously... and stop doing pretty much anything else.
