Course Centre in the Forest

We are back in Svartbäcken where we learned Tai Chi last year. So this year we'll learn the same thing again.
As you can see the course centre is very close to the forest.
It may seem strange to do the same thing as last year but it is also a form of retreat and meditation. We are looking forward to a week that will be both relaxing and energetic. We start at 7:00 tomorrow morning!
We are without wifi so I am blipping via the iPhone - we shall see how it works.
