St Cadfan's
Tywyn is said to have been founded by St Cadfan in the sixth century. The church that bears his name is one of the most prominent features in the town. Its current foundations date from the twelfth century and there are several fascinating artefacts on view inside as well as the historical architecture.
It's now an Anglican church in regular use and I was impressed by the colourful and beautifully-crafted kneeling cushions made by some of the ladies in the congregation.
