Le Touquet-Paris-Plage

Arrived here in the evening, after a long drive from Germany and it rained all day. 30 minutes before this shot was taken there was a torrential downpour, we could hardly see out of the windscreen and the roads were flooded. Got to the beach in time to watch this glorious sunset! The beach was deserted and the imprints of the heavy raindrops were still visible all over the sand.
