I've -Got- My- Eye-on-You !!

You've not seen my ever warm presence pal : Sir Chavo , for a while, so here  he is in characteristic Maine Coon pose : paws draped over window sill.He's at my living room window : ever open through the warm , muggy weather, we're having here in Norwich.
My energy is zapped by constant Cystitis : but I'm working on it pals, never fear. Pilates this afternoon : kill or cure !!.
