It was graduation day in newcastle today.

Nothing to do with us apart from my teenage son had a hospital appointment and our walking direction took us through the university grounds.

It was lovely actually seeing all the students happy and smiling and family members and friends it looked a lovely occassion. My teenage son was talking about university himself so it was nice this day presented an opportunity for discussion.

So we passed through admiring the teddies, flowers and pimms and wondered at the end of the day how many photos we are in with our civi clothes and primark bags!
