Tiny leaves

These are pretty little leaves on an ornamental tree I have in a container at the front of the house.  Might need to transfer it some time.  Don't know what time of year to do it though.  Any advice?

The lawn had its first professional treatment today.  We are told the clover should be the first to go.  Green sward expected shortly after... (Maybe next year!!!)
