Spanish Peppers and blackcurrants
Let me assure you that we didn't have stewed blackcurrants with the Spanish peppers. I'm cooking them to make blackcurrant jelly tomorrow. They'll strain overnight ready to boil tomorrow. Seems that making jelly instead of jam is much easier, no topping and tailing or sorting only washing, boiling then straining.
Had a very enjoyable swim first thing, then the day sort of went downhill after that. Worked on content for the prison contract but didn't feel I'd got anywhere, one step forward, three back. Just one of those days. Weather dull and humid today, not raining but it needs to.
