Reflections

St Stephen Walbrook church in the city has started meditation sessions at 7.30am for commuters to stop for a moment before the craziness of the day.  Today I was particularly moved as we've just learned that our cousin Barbara is in hospital and very close to the end. The extra is of Barbara and her sister Jill, close childhood friends of my sister Brens and me.  I was very fortunate to see them when I was in Guyana and she was having a good day -  this rocks us both.
