Sunflower for Emmie

How lovely that this sunflower came out in bloom today,a year since Emmie's life on this earth was taken away from her. It is also looking straight up to the heavens.
The seeds were given out at her funeral https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/4600210 so we could plant them and remember Emmie, so that's what I'm doing today. Also thinking of her family and friends who miss her every day.
