Eye contact

I had the absolute privilege of presenting to the entire company across two sessions today (it's interesting how much the 2nd presentation always differs from the 1st) - note our company is far more than these three people in the frame....

I had one other obstacle to hurdle other than remembering the salient points to update everyone with - one of annoying colleagues... this chap and I go back years, we travel the World together, we live near each other, our offices are next to each other, he was even my boss 10 years ago (until I overlook him...) but because of our close relationship he thought it would be hilarious to sit at the back with a constant grin on his face taking photo after photo and sending them to me... not distracting at all. Despite the urge to rip the phone out of his hands I continued in a professional manner avoiding all eye contact and ignored him.
