So near, yet so far

My wall art typically sums up my mood this evening. Optimism is slipping from my grip.
Hopefully a conversation with the right people tomorrow can set things straight.
Such a shame after a great lesson this morning with my art class and a day that culminated with a very mature response to reviewing learning goals by the students, following the results of their recent subject exam. There was a great connection too with individuals when I shared my own teenage learning experiences in the subject.
