New to Me

Yes, I'm indulging my fondness for damselflies again---but this is one I've never seen in my yard. I found him on that same bridge where I saw the snowy egret the other day. He is in the family of damselflies called Calopterygidae Genus Hetaerina Occisa, commonly called "Rubyspots"---can you guess why?
