The symbol of this city.

This would have been better if I could get a shot with the sun directly behind it, but there's a big palm tree in the way. It's nice to look at but not so nice to photograph from the correct angle. Boo to that.

I worked my last day at my contract job today. Now I am going to do a little bit of relaxing before a quick vacation. Then I hunker down and hope they get a permanent position soon. I don't want to be jobless for too long.
