Waves

Off work today with the dreaded lurgy (is that how you spell it??) It was wild & windy with lots of very heavy rain. Went for a drive to get some fresh air - which was a slight understatement!! The wind was howling and the ocean was very full, massive waves some eejits thrill seekers were even trying to surf - it was like the worlds biggest washing machine - on spin cycle! Could hardly point my camera towards the ocean so my wave shots were a tad blurry and salty!

This shot is of the a water feature thingy at Hillarys Marina which, when you put in a couple of bucks (collected for charity) the dolphins on top it go round (they're not real!) hmmmm? rather naff! but the wind was so strong there was even wee waves in it!

Just realised how rude I am not to thank everyone for my lovely comments on my 100th blip - just rather chuffed that anyone looks at them!! I love all the banter and kind comments that fellow blippers make - it makes it a nice place to be! Truly, many thanks.
