Good news

I took a lady to Queen Elizabeth hospital in Kings Lynn and whilst waiting saw this presentation being photographed for the local press. The local paper is a weekly so I think I have a scoop. Unfortunately I have no idea what this was all about or who provided the money, so no background story.
