Day 907 - A Fox in the Grass

The physio taped my leg up this morning and I think it may be helping.  He also spent about five minutes pressing on the swollen bit just under one of the scars with his thumb to break up the tissue and get the blood flowing.  I thought I was going to greet!  I have quite a high pain threshold but bleeding' nora, that was sore!!!!

I went out for a long walk to the North Third tonight but I have walked too long again...  It was such a lovely evening though and I haven't been there for a while - or out with my camera for a while!  Sometimes I've just got to grin and bear the pain otherwise I would end up with Cabin Fever!!!!
