Wednesday: Suburbia

Today was a good day in the sense that Julia seemed a lot more comfortable. We got a few little smiles from her and she was able to say 'yes' a few times in response to a direct question.  She also looked very amused when her next door neighbour, Janet, popped in and we were having a good laugh about something as we sat round Julia's bed.

Our friends, Bev and Frank, came round and brought us a rhubarb crumble which was really sweet.  

I popped to the shops this afternoon to get a few things and so was able to get an outdoors shot of the neighbourhood.
