Time to reflect

It's been a busy few days at work, but I have just one class to go (next Monday) before my teaching finishes for the summer. Not that that means taking things easy! We are changing from being part of the council to being a Community Interest Company from 1st August. The jury is very definitely out on whether or not it's a good thing, but it certainly is an opportunity to reflect* on what works and what needs changing, and the summer break is an ideal time to plan ahead so that we can hit the ground running in September!
