Easy Izzy

Izzy is monitoring the kitchen floor for any scraps of food that may have fallen in the last 1/16 second. 
She is a canine food hoover. 

Some serious cooking was going up there.

For once. 


Had not one but two swims today.
My 15 minutes in the sea at lunch time (it felt like a bite-size summer holiday in the middle of my working day. 
And my 50 minute/2k swim looking at the sole of John's feet 2 meters ahead of me. 
He is the best pacesetter to be found in any swimming pool. 
He is as reliable as a Swiss watch.
