Zinnias and Mint

This is the wild mint, that I pulled out by the roots from the very edge of the reservoir. The water is high, and much of it is surviving as a water plant, but these were in some dirt at the base of the fallen tree. It seems to not mind being in a jar, and has grown a few inches since I put it in. The Zinnias are the first of the season, a little late, but prettier colors, because many of the seeds were plucked from my favorite buds from last year.
