Cod Liver Oil/Calcium Tablets

To cut a long story short, I strained a muscle getting ready for our Jubilee gathering, then headed off to Norway with heat pads (got that wrong!) and painkillers. Could hardly move once we got home so had a high old time with the chiropractor yesterday having my vertebrae clicked back into position.
Had a rummage in the cupboard and found these pills which I think I may start taking now I've tried to create a spinal column from them.
Am looking forward to catching up with everyone. In the meantime there are some backblips for anyone who might like to take a look.
