anti-flower

As I drove in to town today I was wondering what the opposite of a flower was, for today's blip. 

Right next to my car-park I found this sprouting three meters up a tall pole - and I had found it    :-)

It's the drilling head of a pile-driving machine, men in hard hats are doing repairs to the wharf area..
