Tree of knowledge

This painted mosaic was created by myself and colleagues from the school of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedicine for the Art of Research competition at The University of the Sunshine Coast. It is based on the work of Calib McAdams tree of life. This was originally 4 paintings. Having reconfigured these our mosaic consisted of 25 separate paintings each painted by a different staff member. They were each given a small part of the picture.Only myself and the head of school knew what we hoped the finished product would look like. I think we did really well. We wone 2nd prize. The painting will be hung in the school. A fabulous group building activity. I would highly recommend it
