Altered Image

I love street art (some would call it graffiti I guess) and when I find something that excites me, it's akin to Columbus discovering America (some would say I'm easily pleased and they're most probably right!). Anyway, I snapped this little duo of hearts on Leith Walk this morning and, as I did with yesterday's entry, I've played around with it a little on Snapseed and the colours now bear no resemblance to the original but I like it lots and that's why I've chosen it.

When I first started Blipfoto, I was very much against altering images and cropping was the only thing that felt right and which didn't seem like cheating to me. However, I've now changed my mind about this as I've since discovered it can sometimes make a rather ordinary image come to life. Is that what you'd call artistic licence I wonder?
