The week started in oilies and lifejackets on deck, but descended to this - a day in pyjamas, but the lifejacket rule was respected.

Each watch had time to work on their sectarianism presentations, and the sails were up most of the time. Many more boats and buoys to look out for today as we entered the clyde area, particularly round the corner to Greenock. For a trip that was supposed to be avoiding chocolate and unhealthy food there was a mass of contraband smuggled aboard from Lamlash this morning. Does a steak count as healthy? It was certainly exclusive.
