Where were you 25 years ago?

Well, 25 years ago almost to the day (it was the equivalent Saturday if that makes sense) we were where my sister and her man were today - at the altar where they became husband and wife.

My wee sister pulled off a great surprise by turning up at the folk's house at 11.30 last night - all the way from Perth, Australia via Milan! They were over in Italy to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary and decided to pop over for the weekend! We travelled north to meet them too and had a lovely day with them.

It just so happened that Dad was singing at a Diamond Jubilee afternoon tea in the church hall so we went along. Cousin Caroline was also singing so it was a family reunion with Jaye and Malc also there.

And it was in the church where Sharon and Graham got married so I had to get a blip of them at the altar - both of them have hardly changed in the 25 years - one thing that definitely hasn't is their love for each other. Happy Anniversary to you both!!
