The Zipper

NE Sandy Blvd.

The cool new Zipper building is pretty much finished and some tenants are already in, others are in the process of setting up shop.  At the back there's a nice outside area with tables and they've planted some trees, it's going to be a good addition to this stretch of Sandy Blvd.  (It's right next to the Pepsi building and Hollywood Vintage.)

79ºF.  We had a teensy, teensy bit of rain this morning, not enough to do anything but it was nice to see.
