MH17 Tragedy

Exactly one year ago the Dutch were confronted with one of the biggest tragedies in commercial airline history. 


The MH17 / KL4103 combined KLM and Malaysia Airlines passenger flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was - probably, as it's still not officially proven - shot out of the air while flying over Ukraine pastures killing all 283 passengers and 15 crew on board.

Today there are memorialization ceremonies for the victims to be held in Nieuwegein (Holland) and at the crash site near Donetsk (East Ukraine)

When I saw these condense trails in the morning sky over a Dutch pasture, I felt it appropriate to feature in today's journal entry.


ps. They still haven't found anything on the other Malaysia Airlines MH370 disappearing just over a year ago, or have they?
